Depending on the specific case, our rule-of-thumb is between 10-50%. If you only bring an idea to the table we expect an equal partnership, if you have an MVP, customers and a strong team, we expect way less.

However, the specific equity requirements are based on each case.

In general, we do not sign non-disclosure agreements as these would restrict us from receiving new pitches. However, we promise that all decks are submitted in full confidentiality and will not be shared with any 3rd parties.

In addition, if we become aware of any conflict of interest we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure that all legalities around the discussion is solved beforehand.

We are a very small venture firm, which also means that we are very hands-on with all our portfolio companies. Hence, we limit the intake of companies to the creme de la creme. 

As of now, we have a portfolio of 5 companies which all can be viewed under our Portfolio site. Sadly, we cannot disclose all of our investments, but we will continuously update the site.

We don't disclose our contractual agreements upfront, but we can ensure you that we customize all our contracts based on the dialogues we're having with our startups.

Hence, we find a model that is customised and uniquely fitted to the individual situations of each founder.
